Return Policy

You may return any new and unopened parts or accessories purchased from erepaircenter.com within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization (RMA) number.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee of up to 30% may apply depending on the reason for return. All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.

Important Notice:
Electrical parts that have been opened or installed are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances.

Returns Due to Our Error (Incorrect Item Shipped)

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact Customer Service by phone or email.
  2. Parts returned without prior authorization will be refused and no credit will be issued.
  3. Invoice or order number, part numbers, quantities, and reason for return are required.
  4. In some cases, ERepairCenter may provide a prepaid USPS or UPS return label.
  5. You are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged to prevent damage.
  6. Credit will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  7. Processing time may take an additional 3–5 business days after the part is received.
  8. No returns are accepted for opened electrical parts.

Returns Due to Customer Error (Incorrect Item Ordered)

  1. Within 30 days of receiving your order, contact Customer Service to obtain an RMA number.
  2. Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.
  3. Invoice/order number, part details, quantity, and reason for return are required.
  4. RMA documentation and return address will be sent via email or fax.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping, tracking, and proper packaging.
  6. A 30% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will apply.
  7. Credit will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
  8. No returns or credits are accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.
  9. Processing time may take 3–5 business days after the item is received.
  10. No returns are accepted for opened electrical parts.
Additional Return Conditions:
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Products showing signs of installation, damage, or tampering may be refused or subject to partial credit at our discretion.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated policy is published.
