Shipping Policy
Our cut-off time for orders to be processed is 12:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Most orders over $140 are submitted for same-day shipping via UPS with delivery within 3–4 business days.
- Orders under $140 typically ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and may take 3–4 business days.
- In many cases, orders are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or product availability.

Due to weight and bulk, all hoses require an additional or custom shipping quote. Our team will contact you with the exact shipping cost.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited orders that do not comply with standard shipping conditions must be placed by phone to ensure proper handling.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellation fees will apply.
- Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after shipment will incur:
- Actual shipping charges
- 30% restocking fee
Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued only if:
- The product is discontinued
- The product is out of stock
- We are unable to fulfill your order
Refund Limitation:
We cannot issue refunds after 30 days from the date of delivery, regardless of usage or condition.
All approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
